As the Strategic Director for Oil Gas and Power, Francoise is responsible for RWDI’s international growth strategy in the energy sector. Francoise’s current role focuses on providing leadership , while ensuring continued emphasis on technical excellence and innovation.

She is an accomplished professional and respected unbiased expert in the field of meteorology and atmospheric dispersion modeling, with over 25 years’ experience on six continents, and acts a technical director on many challenging projects. Clients across industries have benefited not only from the depth of her scientific knowledge but from the breadth of her experience, which encompasses air quality studies, operational forecasting systems , environmental impact assessments, and climate change impact studies. A highly respected leader in her field, Francoise is a co-author of the US-Environmental Protection Agency’s CALMET-CALPUFF modelling suite; she leads air quality trainings for industry, consultants and regulatory agencies around the world.
