Our Quality Management Procedures outline both management and employee responsibilities and processes for quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement. It is important to note that an integral component of our quality improvement process is timely feedback from our clients. As such, we have processes in place to solicit, compile, and communicate client feedback to employees. This feedback is vital, as it shapes our ongoing quality initiatives and provides a deeper understanding of how our clients’ needs and expectations evolve.
