Services Provided to Persons with Disabilities 

Rowan Williams Davies & Irwin Inc.(“RWDI”) is committed to meet the requirements of Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07 under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, (“AODA”) as it applies to the provision of services to the public or other third parties.

The Standard mandates measures surrounding communication, service animals, assistive devices, support persons, service disruptions, feedback and training. 

RWDI will ensure that clients (customers) with disabilities are given the same access and level of service as everyone else. 

RWDI will take all reasonable measures to ensure all services provided shall follow the principles of dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity.
