Ensuring healthy air quality for The Icon residential development
The Icon is a multi-tower residential development featuring seven blocks with 576 units and 278 parking spaces. RWDI conducted a comprehensive air quality assessment to support the planning application, ensuring both construction activities and ongoing operational traffic would not compromise local air quality. Baseline monitoring and dispersion modeling using ADMS-Roads confirmed that NO₂ and PM10 concentrations at critical receptor points would remain within national standards. The study demonstrated that air quality would not be a constraint for the development, providing assurance to the developer and future residents that The Icon would offer a healthy living environment.
