Services Provided to Persons with Disabilities

RWDI is committed to providing accessible services and to meeting its obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), O. Reg. 191/11.

RWDI strives to ensure that persons with disabilities are provided with equal access to our services in a manner that respects dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity.

RWDI is committed to accessible communication, the use of assistive devices, support persons and service animals, providing notice of temporary disruptions, receiving and responding to feedback, and ensuring required accessibility training is provided.
