Noise, vibration, and air quality services for high-speed rail infrastructure

Phase 1 of HS2 required close environmental management to ensure compliance with its commitments. As part of that, the Section 61 consents programme needed to be dynamic to enable works to proceed whilst ensuring protection to the community and other stakeholders from construction noise, vibration, and dust. RWDI provided noise, vibration, and air quality services for the early Stage 1 of this section of the project. Our client was confidently able to proceed with the knowledge that required consents had been obtained on time, compliance with project commitments had been assured at each point, and long-term continuous monitoring systems were implemented and functional.
