Comfort-focused design for 2026 Olympic Village Tower
The A2A Tower is a 144-metre, 28-storey office building that anchors the Piazza Trento redevelopment in Milan and serves as the new headquarters for one of Italy’s largest utility providers. With its tubular shape, translucent façade, and elevated sky garden, the tower brings a distinctive presence to the city’s south end near the future Olympic village. As the first high-rise in this area, it plays a key role in reconnecting the city centre with the periphery. RWDI supported the project by helping evaluate and refine the tower’s performance to ensure comfort and safety for occupants and visitors.
