The Future of Food: Modeling Climate Impacts on Crop Growth
Scientists have long warned that climate change could severely impact the supply chain of crops globally. Now, engineering could help.
Jeff is Technical Director of Meteorological and Climatological Analysis and a Principal at RWDI. Since joining RWDI in 2004, he has led advanced air quality and meteorological modeling initiatives and currently oversees large-scale studies using models such as CMAQ, MM5, and WRF. Jeff has pioneered techniques for applying meteorological data to climate assessment and prediction, supporting projects on local climate change, wind stresses on super-tall structures, infrastructure planning, and sustainable design for clients worldwide.
