Designing acoustic comfort within a nature-connected senior living campus

Livelle Mulholland is a nearly 19-acre luxury life plan community in Woodland Hills, offering independent living, assisted living, memory support, and villas across seven low-rise buildings. Set within gardens, courtyards, and vineyard walking trails, the campus is organized around a lively Main Street and a central clubhouse where indoor amenities extend seamlessly outdoors. RWDI provided acoustics studies to help ensure that residences, shared amenities, and outdoor gathering spaces support a calm, comfortable environment aligned with the community’s hospitality-driven, aging-in-place vision.
