RWDI’s GHG capabilities extend to a broad spectrum of needs. Our team has cross-disciplinary expertise in:

Our strong fundamentals in GHG verification are supported by our staff’s direct training and experience with ISO 14064-3.
In 2014, the coupling of our formal management system with our technical competencies was acknowledged as world class. We achieved our accreditation to ISO 14065 by the ANAB (accreditation ID#1053). On June 1, 2015, ANAB extended our accreditation to include additional sector groups.
With this ANAB accreditation, we are authorized to conduct organization- and facility-level as well as project-level GHG verifications under various regulatory and voluntary programs for organizations in most sectors as listed under RWDI’s ANAB Verification Accreditation Certificate.
RWDI is an accredited verification body by the ANSI National Accreditation Board and is accredited to ISO/IEC 17029 and ISO 14065. RWDI’s verification process is conducted according to ISO 14064-3:2019, ISO 14065:2020, ISO 14066:2023, and ISO 17029:2019. Refer to the attached for details on our validation and verification process.
RWDI is accredited to conduct verification services related to GHG emissions and removals at the organizational level for the following sectors:
- Group 1: General
- Group 2: Manufacturing
- Group 3: Power generation
- Group 5: Mining and mineral production
- Group 6: Metals Production
- Group 7: Chemical production
- Group 8: Oil and gas extraction, production and refining, including petrochemicals
- Group 9: Waste
- Group 10: Agriculture, forestry and other land use
RWDI is also accredited to provide verifications of assertions related to GHG emission reductions and removals at the project level for the following scopes:
- Group 1: GHG emission reductions from fuel combustion
- Group 2: GHG emission reductions from industrial processes (non-combustion, chemical reaction, fugitive and other)
- Group 3: Land Use and Forestry
- Group 4: Carbon Capture and Storage
