Phil provides professional consulting services to private, public and government clients. Since beginning his career in 2001, he has acquired diversified experience specializing primarily in contaminant hydrogeology, environmental site assessment, groundwater resources assessment & development, and building designated substance assessments. Phil serves as senior technical advisor to clients and internal project teams alike. The ability to simplify complex problems is one of his strengths, which bodes well for mentoring fellow scientists, as well as transferring knowledge to stakeholders and regulators. Phil acts as client liaison for the oversight of field work implementation, along with the preparation of reports, for which he provides quality review, data management, and interpretation.
