Phil provides professional consulting services to private, public and government clients in Ontario. He has acquired diversified experience specializing primarily in contaminant hydrogeology, environmental site assessment, biosolids land application programs, groundwater resources assessment & development, and building designated substance assessments since 2001. Phil has served as Technical Project Manager and client liaison for the oversight of the implementation of field work, as well as preparation of reports including data quality review, data management, and interpretation.
