An experienced consultant and engineer with a broad base of technical expertise, Dan offers our clients design insight and advice across environmental disciplines. Dan is RWDI’s global Practice Area Leader for Microclimate and Pedestrian Wind, whose project experience ranges from residential masterplans and shopping centres to museums, stadia and supertall structures. His recent work has included providing guidance in building design and environmental impact assessments for new landmark development projects in London and throughout the UK. He was part of the team responsible for creating the Wind Microclimate Guidelines for the City of London and was a contributing author to BS 8579:2020 "Guide to the design of balconies and terraces" by BSI.
