RWDI Opens New Offices in Milan, Italy

We’re pleased to announce that builders, architects and engineers in Europe will now have better access than ever to RWDI’s world-leading capabilities in wind and climate engineering.

On 18 March 2019, we opened a new office in Milan, led by Chiara Pozzuoli, our Regional Manager for Europe and an accomplished wind and structural engineer who holds a PhD in wind engineering from Università di Firenze (Italy) and Technische Universität Braunschweig (Germany).

Chiara and her team have contributed to the success of many complex, multidisciplinary projects across Europe and around the world. Clients can now find this exceptional team in one of the world’s top design hubs – in a new office that responds to the growing demand in the region for RWDI’s unique technical capabilities and renowned culture of collaboration.

Supporting clients in the region – and beyond

RWDI has informed the design of a growing portfolio of notable buildings in Europe, such as Milan’s Gioia 22 - Porta Nuova and Torre Unicredit. In addition to supporting projects in the region, the Milan office will work with European firms as they realize important projects abroad – such as the Nanjing Vertical Forest, designed by Milan-based Stefano Boeri Architetti.
