RWDI Opens New Office in Mumbai, India
We’re pleased to announce that builders, architects and engineers in South Asia and beyond will now have better access than ever to RWDI’s world-leading capabilities in wind and climate engineering.
On June 10th, we opened a new office in Mumbai, an exciting complement to our ongoing presence in Trivandrum. RWDI’s Mumbai office will be led by Rahul P.S., who serves as our Regional Technical Head for South Asia. Rahul and his team have delivered wind engineering analysis and design guidance to support the success of complex projects around the world, including Hudson Yards in New York City and Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir, the world’s tallest temple.
Clients can now find this exceptional team in India’s most populous city – in a new office that responds to growing demand in the region for RWDI’s unique technical capabilities and renowned culture of collaboration. From our offices and state-of-the-science wind tunnel in Trivandrum, RWDI has already performed more than 200 wind studies for projects in Mumbai.
“From this new base in Mumbai,” Rahul notes, “we’ll be positioned to collaborate even more closely with project teams across the South Asia and beyond. We look forward to continuing to work with our clients to bring the world’s boldest architectural visions to life.”
“As a global firm, we love helping our clients realize their own ambitions,” says RWDI President and CEO Michael Soligo. “Our Mumbai office not only offers local clients an on-the-ground presence, but also a direct link to RWDI’s people and capabilities around the world.”
