On January 6, 2020, we opened a new office in Kuala Lumpur to expand our capacity to support the success of complex building projects in the Asia-Pacific region.

Sudeesh Kala and Mark Hunter, RWDI’s co-vice presidents for Asia Pacific, will lead the team of 13 qualified wind engineers and technicians at the new office in downtown Kuala Lumpur. These new team members bring valuable capabilities and significant experience in the areas of wind loading, CFD, and e-modeling for both wind tunnel testing and CFD simulations.

With decades of experience on engineering projects around the world, Mark Hunter is a hands-on vice president in Asia Pacific, as well as one of RWDI’s longest-serving project managers. Sudeesh Kala, Mark’s co-vice president for the region, is an internationally respected wind engineering consultant and project manager. Together, they will ensure that the Kuala Lumpur team is best positioned to respond to all your project demands in the region.
