The WELL Building Standard and AP Exam
A dynamic rating system for the built environment that combines best practices in design and construction with evidence-based health and wellness interventions, the WELL Building Standard® is a significant new development for the building industry. The WELL Building Standard is a culmination of research and development by leading professionals in medicine, science, and the green building and construction industry. The overall aim of the WELL Building Standard is to improve and protect the health and wellness of building occupants.
The WELL AP exam tests an exam candidate’s knowledge of and experience with the WELL Building Standard. Before attempting to take the exam, candidates should ensure that they understand the requirements and references for the exam. A good study plan can also be used to ensure success on exam day.
This exam preparation course provides a detailed and efficient approach to studying. The content covered emphasizes the mastery of the WELL Building Standard, the seven WELL Concepts, all 105 features and their requirements, and the WELL certification process.
Who is this training for?
This 2-day exam preparation training course is intended for students and professionals seeking comprehensive exam preparation guidance with the intent to sit for the WELL AP exam. This training is open to all interested parties and is not eligible for continuing education credit.
What is included?
This training includes guided instruction through the WELL Building Standard, AP exam, and each WELL Concept. Case studies and implementation strategies will be shared to provide further context, and audio/visual material including podcasts and short videos will be provided to enhance the core exam prep material.
Day 1: 8am - 5pm. Complimentary light breakfast before we begin and complimentary lunch around noon.
